Law of God, Two Commandments!
I just love God and I love my brothers and sisters and the questions they bring to me. It is always such an opportunity. This lesson today is inspired by such a sister.
Besides believing what God has revealed, we must keep His law. Remember God reveals through each and every one of us.
If you love me, keep my commandments. (John 14:15)
The two great commandments that contain the whole law of God are:
1. Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with thy whole heart, and with thy whole soul, and with thy whole mind, and with thy whole strength;
2. Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself.
And one of them, a doctor of the Law, putting him to the test, asked him, "Master, which is the great commandment in the Law?" Jesus said to him, "'Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with thy whole heart, and with thy whole soul, and with thy whole mind.' This is the greatest and the first commandment. And the second is like it, 'Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself.' On these two commandments depend the whole Law and the Prophets." (Matthew 22:35-40)
The Presence of God beats the heart of and fills with life, all of creation.
The name of this God is “I AM”
Jesus is telling us here the way to our eternal freedom, (freedom from what?) freedom from all human condition and limitation is by loving the God Presence, the “I AM Presence” that is the giver of all Life with they whole heart, mind and strength which can mean power. So love your “I AM Presence” the God within you with all your love, wisdom and power. This is the trinity in action.
And simply love they neighbor as thyself. Never does it say love him only if he believes the way you do. All beliefs are just a view and all views are different and changing. But love is a constant.
This has been the fall of so many people in humanity. To keep God’s Law is to prove it to yourself in your own life not judge another. When we judge another or any outer thing against our view, which by the way is limited, it takes our attention away from our own God Presence.
It really is just this simple. There is only one question. Do you want to be RIGHT or do you want to be LOVE? Every man lives by the words that proceed out of the mouth of God. The only mouth God has is humanity’s. Please make your words and decrees be those of love and acceptance.
There is nothing to defend. God doesn’t need to be defended. God is omnipotent. God has no needs but each of us must love God and they neighbor if you desire your own freedom.
How can humanity in its infancy know what God is if they continue to argue taking the stand that their view is right and another is wrong? When we take away our view and the need to be right what is left is love and forgiveness.
You don’t have to believe a word I say. Who am I? If you do, and dare, then prove it for yourself in the silence. Simply if you desire, apply the law and keep your view in your own counsel. To minister is to lead others to God. God is within each one, not in my view or yours. Express sure, but know it is your view and maybe not theirs. There is room for it all. God can handle it. Don’t you think God can?

Any suggestions for some good lounge music / light jazzy albums, songs or artists please! not heavy jazz tho.?
I was in a pub with my girl and they had some great romantic jazz music on, not sure what is was, wish I had asked behind the bar now, so I would like some suggestions for music to buy please. I like newer electro jazz like St.Germain and Air, and love all the old crooners like Sinatra and the ratpack, but want some new stuff to listen to. I really can't get away with the Miles Davis heavy jazz sound and cant bare commercial funk stuff like jamiroqui and brand new heavies, so anything nice and light, nice piano and double bass is always good, anything old or new is cool, any suggestions for songs albums or artists would be great??? Thanks in advance.
Hey.. You know your stuff. Respect dude. Sinatra is the king. Now for a more updated style, listen to Diana Krull or Nathalie Cole. They are olld standards but their take on it is respectable. I love Diana Krull. You can't beat her for her unique spion to those old standards.
