Trying to get a 6 pack can be frustrating and difficult. Especially when you're not sure how ot get abs. So, what I'm going to do is share with you some male gym 6 pack ideas. That way, you'll be able to easily get some washboard abs.
The male gym 6 pack ideas are:
1. Training. The first way to get abs to train them. You should work on your abs at least two times a week. You can do exercises like cable crunches, hanging leg lifts, knee raises, and incline sit ups. Doing these exercises will ensure you that you work on all your ab muscles.
2. Eating. The other tip on getting a 6 pack is to eat healthy and frequently. Foods you can eat include lean chicken breast, lean fish, red apples, dark green veggies, whole wheat breads and pastas, yogurt, and cottage cheese. These foods will help you burn your belly fat.

how much time in the gym to pack on some muscle?
I used to work out very hard and heavy about a year and a half ago. I would spend about an hour to an hour and a half in the gym each day. I put on quite a bit of muscle. I followed a strict diet, eating close to 4000 calories a day and worked out 4 days a week doing a couple of different bodypart splits. I was very pleased with my gains.
Anyway, I went on vacation about 2 months ago and had just started building a house right before we left. I have not been to the gym since. So, I am looking to start back up but I can't put the amount of time in that I should or want. I am probably only going to have about 30 minutes each day to spend in the gym. My goal is to continue to put on muscle and I was wondering if this is enough gym time to effectively put some on......or will I just be maintaining what I have?
sure, you can do it in half an hour. Just concentrate on 1-2 muscle groups each day. Go directly from one exercise to another with no more than 1-2 minute break between sets. lift heavy weights (within your limits, but on the upper end of your limits) and you should continue to see good results. continue to eat a lot of protein, although I don't know if 4000 calories is really necessary...especially if you aren't burning them off with cardio.
