my shin!! i need help, can someone just tell me?
well on march 4th a was at a soccer tournament and on the first day march 4th i played my games i had one other game after that and i guess during this last game my shin was kicked i definitely felt it, after the game we returned to our hotels and i got out of the shower and notice a good 2/3 of my sin was black and blue and i did hurt ( on a scale 1-10 maybe a 6 or 7) i still played the Gamers and delt with minor pain) when i returned home days maybe 2 weeks or so passed and the bruise slowly left but then came back to a more brown color and when i run my hand down my shin you can feel a lump of bump on the bone ot it is the bone i still feeel pain to this day but the bump is a pretty signifigant sze maybe a small grape i would say, if anyone knows what this is and what to do i would like to know. thsnnnnnnnnnnxxxx xoxoox
The bone has been bruised. If the bump calcifies, the bump will become permanent - if not it will be reabsorbed over a period of several weeks. You'll be fine until you get kicked there again - going to hurt a lot more the next time.
