need to reshaft my nike pro combo golf clubs. currently have speed step shaft. i want something similar?
i have nike pro combos the orginal. not the OS. i currently have the speed step shafts on them. and i like them, if anything i would the ball trajectory to be a little lower. i just want to know how many grams the shaft is. so i can get something similar to it. i did a club n shaft fitting from ping and they measured me with the I-10 silver dot with a 109 gram shaft. i am aware the clubs are different but thought maybe that information would help as well. all that do respond to my question, thank you very much.
rifle shafts if you play frequently. but if ping is recommending a 109 gram shaft. that is very light with low kick point. that is the reason for the high ball flight. with the heads you have. a lower penetrating flight is difficult. your irons heads are constructed to give High ball flight. the only way to lower it would be to go to a high kick point shaft. these are in the 115. to 122 range. weight difference 2 dimes. this will bring ball flight down. dynamic gold an the rifle shafts are two examples of higher kick point shafts. rifles high cost. true temper dynamic lower priced. both are great great shafts. toss rifle spinners into your sand lob wedge. incredible feel. if you are casual golfer go with dynamic golds.
